Maya will keep track of this information for each workout and modify the long-term fitness program to match your performance over time. Tutorial - If you are ever unsure of how to perform an aerobic routine or you just can't figure out how to properly perform a certain exercise, simply activate the tutorial feature and Maya will take time out of the workout and teach you what you need to know. In the tutorial, Maya explains each step in detail with the help of an animated model. While in the Tutorial Mode, you can control both the camera and speed to focus on the part of the move that is difficult for you. Once you understand, simply return to the workout and Maya will pick up where you left off.
